In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

2.1 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and fk776. By accessing the fk776 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any supplemental rules applicable to specific promotions or games.

2.2 If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you are required to immediately cease using the fk776 platform and, if you have an existing account, contact fk776 support to arrange the withdrawal of any available balance and the closure of your account.

3.3 Restricted Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to use the fk776 platform regardless of age or location:

5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits credited via GCash and Maya are generally reflected in your fk776 account balance within minutes of a successful transaction. Processing times for bank transfers and cryptocurrency deposits may vary depending on network conditions and intermediary bank processing schedules.

5.3 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. fk776 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to fund the account or that has been verified as belonging to the account holder.

5.4 Currency. All transactions on the fk776 platform are processed and displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency transactions are converted at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of processing.

5.5 Transaction Limits. fk776 applies minimum and maximum transaction limits to both deposits and withdrawals. Current limits are displayed during the transaction process. fk776 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with or without prior notice.

5.6 Taxes. Players are solely responsible for any taxes applicable to gaming winnings under Philippine law. fk776 does not provide tax advice and does not withhold taxes on behalf of Players except where required by applicable law.

6.1 fk776 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. Each promotion is governed by specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps will be stated in the applicable promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. fk776 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intent, and coordinating with other Players to systematically extract bonus value.

6.4 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Some promotions may be restricted by game type, deposit method, or player tier. fk776 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the fk776 platform is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing a bet. fk776 will not reverse bets placed by Players who claim ignorance of game rules.

7.2 Finality of Results. Game outcomes on the fk776 platform are determined in real time by certified game providers. In the case of live dealer games, outcomes are determined by physical dealing and wheel spins conducted under camera. fk776 accepts no responsibility for errors resulting from technical malfunctions of the Player's own device or internet connection.

Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the Player's account.

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fk776 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool that interacts with the platform on a Player's behalf without fk776's prior written consent;
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or extract disproportionate value from the platform;
• Fraudulent chargebacks, reversed transactions, or false payment disputes;
• Use of the platform for money laundering, illegal fund transfers, or any activity in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity to create or operate an fk776 account;

• Any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or interferes with the experience of other Players.

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fk776 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not grant any ownership rights over the platform or its content.

10.3 Players must not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, or create derivative works from any fk776 content without the prior written consent of fk776. Unauthorized use of fk776's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

11.1 The fk776 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fk776 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, fk776 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business arising from your use of or inability to use the fk776 platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, however caused;
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failure, or third-party service interruptions beyond fk776's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit fk776's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by fk776's gross negligence or willful misconduct, to the extent such exclusions are prohibited under applicable Philippine law.

12.1 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request the closure of their fk776 account at any time by contacting fk776 support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be paid out to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification.

12.2 fk776-Initiated Termination. fk776 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a Player's account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration information;
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements;
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8;

12.3 Where an account is terminated by fk776 for cause, any bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct may be voided. Real-money deposits will be returned to the extent they are unaffected by the grounds for termination, subject to applicable legal holds.

13.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the fk776 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute, fk776 encourages Players to first attempt resolution through the fk776 customer support team. Most disputes relating to account transactions, game outcomes, and promotions can be resolved at this level.

13.3 Formal Disputes. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the Philippines under applicable arbitration rules, unless the parties agree in writing to an alternative resolution mechanism. Nothing in this clause prevents a Player from raising concerns with PAGCOR through its applicable player dispute procedures.

14.1 fk776 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, fk776 will endeavour to provide advance notice to Players via the registered mobile number or email address associated with their account, or by prominent notice on the platform.

14.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the fk776 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
